great access to transport and nearby attractions for city explorers
being just a short walk from the magnificent Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore and only a 15-minute stroll to the iconic Colosseum made it a perfect base for my weekend city adventure, while the nearby cafes offered delightful spots to recharge between my outings.

i had a great stay at this hotel, much better than my previous experience in rome. the location was perfect right by termini, making it easy to explore the city. i loved the breakfast buffet, featuring fresh croissants, scrambled eggs, and numerous options each morning.

The location was fantastic, just across from Roma Termini. It made getting around so easy. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area. Breakfast had a good variety, and I loved the pastries. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Wi-Fi connection was weak and frustrating at times. The layout of the hotel was confusing, with narrow hallways that made navigating difficult. My room had an awkward shower design—I had to climb into the bath, which was not ideal for me as an older traveler. Though the hotel shows some age, it has a certain charm. I felt comfortable during my stay overall, but I think some updates are needed to the facilities and furnishings.

The room had good air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was equipped with a good shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Breakfast was a buffet with various pastries, eggs, and cold drinks. The location across from Termini made it super easy for transport. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with requests.

Loved the easy access to the train station! Our Double or Twin Room was clean, but the air conditioning could've been better. Breakfast was a nice start, though the juice wasn't great. Overall, a pleasant stay! 😊

Perfect location for a quick stay
Checked in late after a flight, I was welcomed warmly at the front desk. The bed felt like heaven after a long day! It's steps away from Termini.
My room was on the smaller side, which made it a bit cramped for my luggage. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but I just managed to sleep through it.

missingWrote a review on Jul 08central locationrich breakfastconfusing layout
Location near Termini station made it easy to hop on a train or bus for a quick escape around the city. The rich breakfast buffet offered a decent variety, enough to keep anyone stuffed and ready for a day of exploring.
The layout of the hotel is a maze. finding your room can feel more like navigating a labyrinth than a straightforward stay. Beware of the elevators—old and rickety, they shake and groan like they might vanish into hyperspace at any moment. The bathrooms are in need of serious updates, with plumbing issues like fluctuating water temperatures and leaking that can leave you feeling more frustrated than refreshed. My room had a less-than-inviting view, more alley than art, and both internet and air conditioning felt more like suggestions than guarantees. It’s an adventure just finding your way around, and not all spaces are particularly clean, which is a letdown in an otherwise vibrant city.

Convenient Location and Decent Amenities
My stay was pleasant, primarily due to the hotel's fantastic location right across from the main transport hub. The cleanliness of my room and the variety at breakfast, which included freshly baked pastries and a selection of meats, added to the experience. The staff were helpful whenever I needed assistance. However, the Wi-Fi connection was quite weak, which affected my ability to stay connected.
